Connect your sources
Gmail, WhatsApp, and manual upload. Every source enters the same intake pipeline.

The app reads the document
Supplier, invoice number, date, total, and VAT. Unambiguous documents file themselves; everything else waits for your confirmation.

Confirm and export
One-click confirmation, then a single month-end export for the accountant: the original files plus a summary sheet.
What the app does with your Google account
- The app requests read-only access to Gmail. It never sends, deletes, or modifies mail.
- Only attachments that look like purchase documents are stored, alongside the address of the connected mailbox. Message bodies and subject lines are not stored.
- Data is stored and processed in the European Union. It is never used for advertising and never sold to third parties.
- You can disconnect at any time from inside the app, or revoke access directly in your Google account.
