Terms of Service
Effective 2026-08-15
The service
Invoxa ("the service") collects a business's purchase documents from sources the business connects, reads structured fields out of them, and produces exports. Using the service means accepting these terms.
Your account
- One account belongs to one business, and one person signs in to it.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must have the authority to connect any mailbox or phone number you connect to the service.
Your data stays yours
The documents you upload or connect, and the financial data read out of them, belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your documents at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to process.
- Do not attempt to access another business's data, or to probe, scan, or overload the service.
- Do not use the service to break any applicable law.
Automated reading is not accounting advice
Fields are read from documents automatically and may be wrong. The service asks you to confirm a document before it counts toward any report, and that confirmation is yours to give. Nothing the service produces is tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it does not replace your accountant or your own review of your books.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and to keep your data safe, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Connected sources depend on third-party providers, and access can be interrupted by them at any time.
Fees
Pricing, billing cycle, and any plan limits are as agreed with you in writing before the account is opened. Where no fee has been agreed, the service is provided at no charge and may be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or loss of data beyond our retention obligations.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure you may export your documents; afterwards data is deleted subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here, notifying account holders of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
